GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TERNIUM ACTIVO. I hereby accept that I am a registered User in TERNIUM for the consultation and use of the Ternium Activo information and that I agree to: • Not to reproduce, transfer, assign or in any other way disclose the information provided on the Ternium Activo, nor use it for your own benefit and / or that of a third party, without the prior written consent of Ternium. • Assume the commitment not to use or allow the use of the information for a purpose other than the fulfillment of the Customer-Provider relationship. • Recognize that the breach of the confidentiality of the information constitutes a detriment to TERNIUM and that I assume full responsibility for the damages that may be generated. • Accept that the information contained in the Ternium Activo is and will continue to be the property of TERNIUM.

The password must not be the same as your username.
The password must not be the same as your username.
The password must not be consecutive numbers.
The password must contain at least one uppercase, one lowercase, and one special character (#$()@%&*+!,-.:;<=>?)
The password must contain letters and numbers.
The password must be different from the last 3.
The password will not be displayed on the screen, only asterisks will appear.
