I hereby accept that I am a registered User in TERNIUM for the consultation and use of the Ternium Activo information and that I agree to: • Not to reproduce, transfer, assign or in any other way disclose the information provided on the Ternium Activo, nor use it for your own benefit and / or that of a third party, without the prior written consent of Ternium. • Assume the commitment not to use or allow the use of the information for a purpose other than the fulfillment of the Customer-Provider relationship. • Recognize that the breach of the confidentiality of the information constitutes a detriment to TERNIUM and that I assume full responsibility for the damages that may be generated. • Accept that the information contained in the Ternium Activo is and will continue to be the property of TERNIUM.
